What kind of ammenities do your houses offer? We try to make your stay as enjoyable, comfortable and fun as possible. Most of our homes include: Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, sub zero refrigerators, toilet paper, soap, microwave, oven, dining tables that seats 12-14 people, garbage cans, dishes, pots, pans and utensils, hardwood floors throughout 1st and 2nd floors, internet access, phones, cable, a/c, pool toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, linens, towels, bikes, scooter, gas grill, boardwalk to the beach, swimming pool, pool table, custom decorated bedrooms, stocked full baths, custom cabinetry and granite countertops throughout most house, DVD player, HD TV, Private entrance, and parking for your cars. Are there shops and restaurants nearby? Absolutely! The Charleston area is home to some of the best restaurants in the low country. Virtually every type of cuisine can be found here. Where do I check in? You check in right at the house! There will be someone to meet you and go over the house with you. She will also give you a key to the home. It's that simple! Back to Top
If I have a problem with the house, who should I call? We have a contract with a local maintenance agency who will handle any problems that may arrise during your stay. They are very professional, courteous and quick to respond. The number will be posted on the Refrigerator door. So far, we have had only happy customers! Back to Top
